Student-Run Anti-Hamas Demonstration: THU
(IsraelNN.com) Organizers are expecting a large crowd for what they are calling a “Wake Up the World Rally,” Thursday afternoon at 2:00 at Jerusalem’s Kikar Tzion (Zion Square) to raise awareness of the ongoing aggressions of the Hamas government towards the Jewish state. The organizers are made up predominately of international college age students spending their gap year in Israel, along with fellow Israelis.
Guest speakers include Itamar Marcus, director of Palestinian Media Watch, as well as Anav Silverman of the Sderot Media Center.
